IEEE ULAB Student Branch organized “Basics of Programming Summer 2021” on July 30th 2021. The last date for registration was 28th july, 2021. A number of classes were offered and the duration of those classes were 1.5 hours long. The instructor of the session was Afraim Zahangir (Chairperson, IEEE ULAB Student Branch, Former Teaching Assistant, Department of CSE). 

Throughout the sessions a lot of things related to programming were covered such as basic tips and tricks for programming such as syntax, debugging, use of comments while coding, how to keep your code clean and how to collaborate with other programmers in group based projects were taught. The instructor tried his utmost best to cover all the topics. He cleared all the questions he got from the participants. 

The participants think that these sessions were very helpful and it will enhance their coding skills for both academic and professional purposes. They were very motivated to start coding and felt that the sessions were very informative. The process was appreciated by all the participants and everyone involved.
