The IEEE ULAB Student Branch held an event on 28th June 2022 to provide information about their volunteer recruitment process. The event aimed to attract individuals who possess relevant skills in content writing, graphics designing, team building, organizing, and more and are willing to contribute to the team. This report will provide detailed information about the event and the volunteer recruitment process.

The event took place in Room PC 205 at the ULAB Permanent Campus at 4:00 pm. The IEEE ULAB Student Branch presented information about their organization and the opportunities available for volunteers. Interviews were conducted to assess the quality of the registrants. The recruitment process ended at 5:00 pm
