On 12th May 2022, IEEE ULAB Student Branch organized a general meeting with the Counselor, Dr. Nafees Mansoor, PhD. and all the excom members. The goal of the meeting was to discuss planning the upcoming events for the year 2022. The meeting started at 9:00 p.m. and finished at around 11:00 p.m. The meeting was held online.

Earlier, The excom members submitted their ideas and created a draft to present in front of the counselor. The counselor asked the presented members for the motives and missions for each of the events. He listened to everyone’s opinions carefully. After listening to every opinion he shared what he wants to get out of the event planning. He gave the presented members the guideline to create a proper event plan that can be executed. In the end, he thanked everyone for their immense effort.
