IEEE Computer Society ULAB Student Branch Chapter organized a General Meeting on google meet with Executive & Sub Executive Committee Members on January 08, 2021, Friday at 11:30 am has illustrated about membership development and upcoming events where the speaker was Dr.Muhammad Golam Kibria(Advisor of IEEE Computer Society ULAB Student Branch Chapter) 

Dr. Kibria worked as a Research Assistant at AnLab at HUFS, South Korea from 2014 to 2018, and contributed to several projects at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T). Dr. Kibria has published a number of research works in different international indexed Journals and Conference Proceedings. His major interest includes Internet of Things (IoT), a leading research area in the present tech-driven world, semantic web, and Web-of-Objects. Dr. Kibria received South Korea’s Foreign Student Scholarship, achieved MSc degree with Merit and he was awarded the third-prize at the Asia-Pacific Conference on Business Process Management 2015 (AP-BPM 2015) in 2015. Dr. Muhammad Golam Kibria achieved Ph.D. in Engineering in 2018 with a major in Computer and Information Communication Engineering from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS), South Korea, M.Sc. in Mobile Computing and communications in 2008 from Greenwich University, United Kingdom (UK), and BSc in Computer Science from North South University in 2003. 

In the meeting Dr.Mohammad Golam kibria talked about why networking is important, how can we make our network more stronger, how to connect with new people to make our community bigger, plans to organize membership development week, plan in which topic we can arrange webinars and how to make an event successful. The Executive & Sub Executive also put their opinions which helps to come out with some more innovative ideas. 

The general meeting of IEEE Computer Society ULAB Student Branch has built a positive impact among the Executive and Sub Executive Committee Members.
