The membership development week of IEEE ULAB Student Branch 2019 started from 31st March and ended on 3rd April. As the membership development week ended. After wrapping up Membership Development week, IEEE ULAB Student
Branch was ready to welcome the new members.
IEEE Freshers Orientation 2019 was organized by IEEE ULAB SB in association with IEEE ULAB WIE on 4th April 2019 to welcome the new members. The keynote speakers of the program were Dr. Nafees Mansoor(Assistant Professor,
Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Counselor of IEEE ULAB Student Branch) and Rianon Zaman(Senior Lecturer, IEEE ULAB Student Branch). There were some key sessions of the orientation including Introduction about our Branch (Chair Speech), Introduction about WIE, Ex-Com Introduction,
Cultural Program, and IEEE New Member Profile Creation.
The program started with welcome messages from our keynote speakers. After that the members of the executive committee addressed their speeches and thoughts. The interaction between everyone made the event very lively and enjoyable. The cultural segment surely helped lighten up the mood. The initiative was applauded by the new members of IEEE and IEEE ULAB Student Branch.
