On June 27th, 2018, IEEE ULAB Student Branch arranged a general meeting to talk with its members and hear everyone’s opinions and thoughts about the upcoming events. 

As per said earlier, There were a bunch of upcoming events that were discussed during the meeting such as Gaming Fest 2018, Programming in C, and others. They discussed the strategies they should follow to achieve utmost success in these events. Another key part of the event was how to grow the IEEE community during the upcoming membership development week. They took everyone’s opinion about the promotional activities they should do during the membership development week. 

Everyone efficiently communicated with each other. Everyone was very respectful to each other. After the meeting, the participants felt that they got a very good idea of how to pursue future events and get the most out of them
