After a long hectic semester, IEEE ULAB Student Branch Organized a general meeting in September, 2018. The meeting was held on Campus B at room – 509. The time of the meeting was 2:40-4:00 pm.
There were a lot of topics covered in the meeting. IEEE day which goes on from 1st October till 15th October, was discussed in the meeting. They discussed how they can provide a lot of events for the students during IEEE Day. After that they talked about IEEE Mobile Application Development Contest, shortly known as IEEE MadC. It was described by the Vice Chairman and IEEE MadC Ambassador Sadman Sakib Fahim. After getting a lot of response from a lot of Students about participating in IEEEXtreme 12.0, the executive committee members decided to talk about it and make everyone aware about the whole program. They also discussed how they
can grow this community and make a great impact in campus life.
Everyone communicated with each other in an efficient manner. They were very respectful and everyone’s concerns and opinions were heard carefully. After this meeting everyone thought that it was gave them a clarity on to do and how to perceive the upcoming events.
