On 7 April 2022, at 7:00 BST (UTS +6) IEEE ULAB Student Branch organized a technical event called IEEE ULAB SB – PROFILE GENESIS. The event was held online via Google Meet. The instructor for this event was Kaniz Fatema Antora. 15 participants were present in the event.

Kaniz Fatema Antora is the Chairperson of IEEE ULAB Student Branch and the Activity – Vice Chief of IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter Team SPARK.

The event was held for the new IEEE members from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. The first step of starting a student’s journey is creating his/her profile. This is a very important step that requires expert supervision. At the start of the event, the instructor made sure that all the new members were present or not. After that, she started creating a profile for one of the students, so that the other students can follow on easily. During the process, some of the students faced some technical difficulties which were quickly resolved by the instructor. 

The event was very informative for the students because of the constant interaction between the instructor and the students. During the process, the instructor shared a lot of insights and information about IEEE and what benefits students can get from IEEE. The initiative was highly appreciated by the participants.
