The IEEE Workshop: WordPress AtoZ was a three-day workshop conducted to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of WordPress and its applications. The workshop covered topics related to WordPress installation, database management, hosting, domain, e-commerce, and website optimization. Day 1: 

The first day of the workshop started with an introduction to WordPress, explaining its features, functionalities, and advantages. The participants were given an overview of how WordPress works and its role in creating websites. Additionally, the session covered the installation of WordPress on both Cpanel and Xampp platforms, including the setup of the necessary database and Apache configurations. The session also included an introduction to the WordPress dashboard and plugins, highlighting their significance in customizing and enhancing the website’s performance.

Day 2: 

The second day of the workshop focused on developing a website using WordPress. The session started with an introduction to a domain, hosting, and name servers, explaining their significance in website development. The participants were then guided through the website development process, from choosing a theme to customizing the website’s layout and design. The session also covered the importance of website optimization and the role of plugins in achieving website performance objectives.

Day 3: 

The third and final day of the workshop covered advanced topics, including e-commerce with WordPress, website optimization, cache management, and SSL certificates. The session started with a detailed explanation of e-commerce using WordPress and the various plugins available for managing online stores. The participants were then introduced to website optimization techniques, including cache management, which helps improve website speed and performance. The session also included a basic overview of SSL certificates and their importance in securing websites. Finally, the participants were given an introduction to Cloudflare and CDN, which are content delivery networks that help improve website speed and security.
