On 23rd June 2022, IEEE ULAB Student Branch Conducted a meeting with its Excom members. The primary objective of the meeting was to plan the upcoming Membership Development Week and the updates of IEEE ULAB Student Branch website.

The meeting started at around 1:15 pm in room PC205 in ULAB Permanent Campus. The meeting started with the necessary consultation about the upcoming membership development week. The meeting started with the discussion of Pre-event Content and Post-event content which will be generally needed in the upcoming events. Then a tentative date was set for the general meeting for each month. After discussing the dates, everyone agreed on finding a particular printing shop near the campus. Preferably Mohammadpur, for fast and cost-effective printing of banners, posters, etc. After the discussion a small initiative of Tech Fast was discussed, The discussion was only on the primary vision of Tech fest. Then the Chairperson reminded everyone about the upcoming Orientation of the Department of CSE and told everyone to take necessary preparations for the event. The webmaster was assigned to develop a registration system for the IEEE ULAB Student Branch website for ease of usage. 

After all these discussions, Everyone started to plan the event calendar. A few events were selected for the upcoming month of July and August, with a tentative date (time and date might vary depending on circumstances). Some of the selected events are Workshop on Git & Github, Workshop on AI, and many more. After that, the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, And Secretary in cooperation with everyone present in the meeting fixed the collaboration ideas. After all the discussions, The meeting finally ended at 3:20 pm.

The meeting was crucial for IEEE Student Branch as it opened up the floor for everyone to contribute their ideas and opinions. It also created a chance to find the flaws and opened the door for improvement.
