IEEE ULAB Students Branch organized a workshop on vTools. vTools means Volunteer Tools. The workshop was arranged on April 27, 2019. The duration was two hours, started at 1 PM and ended at 3 PM. The trainer of the workshop was Humanitarian Activities Coordinator of IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter, Md Saidur Rahman Kohinoor. Basically, the IEEE Volunteer Tools or vTools site conducts information on a wide range of tools developed by volunteers for IEEE members and IEEE volunteers. 

The portal offers web-based software to simplify organizational efforts and administration. It reduces time spent on managing activities and assists in member development. These tools are sponsored by IEEE Membership and Geographic Activities (MGA). It serves the needs of IEEE members by supporting IEEE Sections, Chapters, and Branches and is responsible for IEEE membership, and member development.
